How often do you ask yourself the questions “what’s it all about?" or ”surely there’s got to be more to life than this?” Do you sometimes feel like an actor playing the role of ’responsible parent’, ’understanding boss’, ‘interested employee’ or ‘perfect partner’? When what you really feel like doing is running away from it all and doing something mad and totally irresponsible.

Perhaps you have the trappings of what is perceived by many as success - the car, the house, the family - but there is a void and you’re not too sure if it’s internal or something that can be filled externally?

Maybe you are in a relationship that is creating more pressure in your life than joy?

These pressures can result in a life that is lacking in fun, energy, and a true sense of fulfilment. They can also create lives that are always short on time.

 We all have choices, and there are many options at our disposal. But when you are stuck in the middle of chaos it can be difficult to see a way out...

...Like driving along in a torrential rain storm where your view is distorted and blurred. You’re in the car and it is frightening and indeed dangerous. But when you turn the wipers on the view becomes more clear, and it’s easier to decide which direction you should take.
