By its very name, FreedomUnlimited doesn’t require you to sign up to a set number of Life Coaching sessions!
It is recommended to have a minimum of 4 sessions for the dynamic to be of benefit. In this time you will see the progress you’re making and will become familiar with how Life Coaching works.
However as it is your agenda – after that you get to choose how many Life Coaching sessions you have and how often.
